THINGS I WANT TO DO BEFORE I DIE

I was watching Supernatural, a scene when Dean was dead and spent his time in the hell before he could do anything meaningful in his life made me think what I to do before I die. Something meaningful, something I want to do with important people in my life, something to remember, something I can tell to my grandchildren in the future. Sooo here' s my initial stab;

1) Solve a Rubik's Cube

Mind-challenging kind of game is not my cup of tea. But Rubik's cube really change my perspective. A multi-colored, seemingly-innocuous, twisty little block that drives most of my friends crazy. Here's some short history about this little cube, invented by Erno Rubik circa 1974, the 3-D puzzle game has held the title of ‘most popular game of its kind’ ever since its debut.

2) Float around Dead Sea

Honestly I really wanted to float in a Dead Sea. As scary as it sounds, Dead Sea is a fun place to swim for a terrible swimmer like me. Okay, so admittedly, you’re probably not initially fond of swimming around a place called “The Dead Sea”. The Dead Sea is a salt lake (a landlocked ‘sea’ highly concentrated in salt—this one being even saltier than the ocean itself at over 30% salt content) that borders Jordan to the east and Israel/the West Bank to the west. It spans about 42 miles, has the lowest elevation on Earth (at 1,300ft below sea-level), and—contrary to its name—is renowned for being a sort of Mecca for health research and treatment.

3) Stragaze at the Atamaca Desert in Chile

Stargazing will always be my favorite activity if I have the gigantic expensive telescope in my house. I read somewhere mentioned about Atamaca Desert as a best place to stargaze. Been googling about this place. Here goes the facts. It's extremely dry, the driest place on earth since it received less than a millimeter of rain per year. Due to it's unfamiliar geographical condition with another desert, I called it Mars-like appearance, with miles and mile of nothingness surrounding it. Since the Atamaca receives very cloudy days and little interference from pesky city lights, and is high above sea-level, I can already tell it's a star-gazer's paradise.

FIRST-TIMER

Hello this is my first entry. My sincerest gratitude to you guys who are willing to visit and follow my blog. I will post anything, nothing specific but I will not post anything regarding to my personal life, the thoughts of strangers reading about my life does not fascinate me AT ALL. Different people will have different opinion about this, so no offense taken with my previous statement. Enjoy!
